Then a Captain under Col. John Thomas Jr. (1st Spartan Regiment), Lt. Col. Henry White, Lt. Col. Levi Casey (Little River District Regiment), Col. Thomas Brandon (2nd Spartan Regiment), and Col. Benjamin Roebuck (Roebuck's Battalion of Spartan Regiment).
